Terms
Clinical software is activated by agreement, not by clicking through.
These public terms describe the website only. Use of a clinic workspace is governed by the clinic’s executed service agreement, BAA and configured policies.
Not medical advice
The public website provides product information, not medical advice. The clinical application coordinates source evidence and human decisions; it is not an autonomous diagnostic or treatment system.
No self-service live workspace
A deployment request does not create a clinic, accept patient data or form a service agreement. Clinic provisioning and live-data activation remain controlled operator actions.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt or attempt to access a clinic workspace without written authorisation. Do not submit patient information, credentials, malicious files or unlawful content through public forms.
Product status
Capabilities dependent on external agreements, approved transports or de-identified validation artifacts remain unavailable until their activation evidence is complete. The product presents those dependencies as blocked states rather than implied functionality.
